Rapper E-9 Shot & Killed During New Jersey Barbershop Argument

 

E-9 had worked with Waka Flocka Flame and Jahlil Beats, among others.

Rapper E-9 was shot and killed after a dispute at a New Jersey barbershop Sunday (December 29), according to nj.com. He was 28.

The artist, whose given name was Eric Andrews Jr., was involved in an argument at Nu Trendz, a New Brunswick barbershop, per nj.com.

E-9 was involved in a disagreement with two brothers, one of whom took out a gun, gave it to his brother and shot and killed the rapper, according to allhiphop.com.

Several people, including fellow rapper and E-9 collaborator 6FO, posted on social media about E-9’s death. "Tears won't let me finish.. But you in a second beloved RIP E9," 6FO posted on his Instagram account.
